At IBD, we are extremely passionate about what we do and we truly care deeply about providing our clients peace of mind on the day of your
2 Is there a Minimum Budget to Work with IBD?
Yes. We plan upscale weddings and events! For an entire wedding, including venue, planner, and all other vendors, etc., on average, our clients have a budget of around $400-$500 and up per guest.
This does not include more intimate celebrations. Please reach out to us directly for more details.
3. Are You Insured?
Yes. We are fully insured.
4. How many of your team members will work on my wedding or event
This depends on the size and scope of your wedding or event. We have a team of 6, 2 designers and 4 event staff assistants.
5. Do you travel?
Yes! IBD is based out of the Charlotte area and available for travel both nationally and internationally
6. How does payment work? Do i have to pay for everything up front?
All packages require a 30% non-refundable de- posit in order to secure your date and begin the actual planning process. The remaining balance can be broken into two payments: the second payment 15 weeks before your event and the final payment 4 weeks before your event. We use a se- cure online payment tool that makes it easy!
7. Do I need a Coordinator if my venue includes one in my package?
IBD will work exclusively for you. The venue coordinator works for the venue. We are responsible for helping you in finalizing details and managing ALL aspects of your big day. We keep vendors to timeline and ensure your personal touches are in place and most importantly, make sure the entire event is seamlessly executed. A venue included coordinator likely will not provide this type of management.
8. Do you have a preferred Vendor List?
We prefer to work with vendors from our Preferred Vendors List because we know that they offer quality service and are highly reputable; however, we are not opposed to working with vendors that are not on our list. We just need to know who your vendors are and/or who you are thinking about hiring so we can give you honest feedback. We want you to have the best for your special day!
